I ordered a Open Ear Aktive, but it arrived at the wrong address. I was so frustrated! Customer Support was helpful but would it be better to make it right in the first time.
My Open Ear was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, which was quite inconvenient. After reaching out to the company, they were very responsive and sent a replacement right away.
